Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies, particularly to monoclonal antibodies, which bind to the extracellular domain of the AXL receptor tyrosine kinase and which at least partially inhibit AXL activity.SOLUTION: Monoclonal antibodies which bind to the extracellular domain of AXL and which at least partially inhibit AXL activity comprise a heavy chain amino acid sequence comprising CDRs which are (a) CDRH1 shown in a specific sequence, (b) CDRH2 shown in a specific sequence, and (c) CDRH3 shown in a specific sequence 18, and a light chain amino acid sequence comprising CDRs which are (d) CDRL1 shown in a specific sequence, (e) CDRL2 shown in a specific sequence, and (f) CDRL3 shown in a specific sequence. 【課題】抗体、特にAXL受容体型チロシンキナーゼの細胞外ドメインと結合し、AXL活性を少なくとも部分的に阻害するモノクローナル抗体の提供。【解決手段】AXLの細胞外ドメインと結合し、AXL活性を少なくとも部分的に阻害するモノクローナル抗体であって、(a)特定の配列に示すCDRH1、(b)特定の配列示すCDRH2、及び(c)特定の配列18に示すCDRH3であるCDRを含む重鎖アミノ酸配列、並びに(d)特定の配列に示すCDRL1、(e)特定の配列に示すCDRL2、および(f)特定の配列に示すCDRL3であるCDRを含む軽鎖アミノ酸配列を含む、モノクローナル抗体。【選択図】なし
