Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a low-carbon neutralization suppression mortar that suppresses neutralization and has excellent compression strength; and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A low-carbon neutralization suppression mortar contains a binder, mixing water, hydroxyapatite, fine aggregate, and a chemical admixture. The binder is composed of 10-30 mass% of Portland cement and 70-90 mass% of blast furnace slag fine powder. The low-carbon neutralization suppression mortar contains 30-60 pts.mass of the mixing water, 0.5-15 pts.mass of the hydroxyapatite, 150-400 pts.mass of the fine aggregate, and 0.1-2.0 pts.mass of the chemical admixture with respect to 100 pts.mass of the binder.
【課題】中性化を抑制するとともに圧縮強度に優れる低炭素中性化抑制モルタルを提供すること、及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】結合材と、練り混ぜ水と、ハイドロキシアパタイトと、細骨材と、化学混和剤とを含む低炭素中性化抑制モルタルであって、前記結合材は、ポルトランドセメント10〜30質量%と高炉スラグ微粉末70〜90質量%とからなり、前記結合材100質量部に対して、前記練り混ぜ水30〜60質量部、ハイドロキシアパタイト0.5〜15質量部、細骨材150〜400質量部及び化学混和剤0.1〜2.0質量部を含む、低炭素中性化抑制モルタル。【選択図】なし |
