Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device of a joining component which prevents the displacement of a holding position of a first workpiece caused by a hand, prevents the displacement of a management point of the first workpiece, and can improve the accuracy of the joining component which is formed by joining the first workpiece to the second workpiece.SOLUTION: In this manufacturing device 100 of a joining component 1, a bracket 80 (first workpiece) is adsorbed and held by an adsorption part 14 in a state that a pin 13 (protrusion for locating) is inserted into a locator hole 81(recess for locating). The locator hole is formed at a management point P which manages the accuracy of a relative position with respect to a steering member main body 90 (second workpiece) which is set on the bracket. A control part 60 controls motions of a hand 12 and a joining part 20, makes the bracket approach a joining position for joining the bracket to the steering member main body in a state that the pin is inserted into the locator hole, controls the motion of the joining part in that state, and joins the bracket to the steering member main body. 【課題】ハンドによる第1のワークの保持位置がずれることを防止して第1のワークの管理ポイントがずれることを防止し、第1のワークを第2のワークに接合して形成される接合部品の精度を向上させることが可能な接合部品の成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る接合部品1の製造装置100では、ピン13(ロケート用凸部)をロケート孔81(ロケート用凹部)に挿通した状態で吸着部14によってブラケット80(第1のワーク)を吸着して保持する。ロケート孔は、ブラケット上に設定されステアリングメンバ本体90(第2のワーク)に対する相対的な位置の精度を管理する管理ポイントPに設けられる。制御部60は、ハンド12および接合部20の動作を制御して、ピンをロケート孔に挿通した状態でブラケットをステアリングメンバ本体に接合させる接合位置にアプローチさせ、この状態で接合部の動作を制御してブラケットをステアリングメンバ本体に接合させる。【選択図】図8
