Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss accompanied by fastening from being increased while surely fastening split iron-cores divided in the circumferential direction relating to a fastening structure of a stator split iron core.SOLUTION: A structure in which split iron cores obtained by being divided into a plurality of numbers and constituting a stator core are fastened to each other, includes: projections, each of which is provided at the end of each split iron core in the circumferential direction and which project from the radial end surface on a body side toward the radial direction, and which are arranged side by side with the projections of the split iron cores adjacent to own split iron cores in the circumferential direction; and a recess regulation member which has a recess fitted with both of two projections arranged in the circumference direction in a state where projections of two split iron cores adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction are arranged in the circumferential direction and in which the recess regulates the fact that two projections arranged in the circumferential direction are separated from each other in the circumferential direction.
【課題】本発明は、ステータ分割鉄芯の締結構造に係り、周方向に分割された分割鉄芯を確実に締結しつつ、その締結に伴う損失の増大を防止することにある。【解決手段】ステータコアを構成する周方向に複数に分割された分割鉄芯を締結する構造は、各分割鉄芯それぞれの周方向端部に設けられた、本体側の径方向端面から径方向に向けて突起しかつ自分割鉄芯に対して周方向で隣接する分割鉄芯のものと周方向に並んで配置される突起部と、互いに周方向で隣接する2つの分割鉄芯の突起部同士が周方向に並んだ状態で該周方向に並んだ2つの突起部の双方に嵌る凹部を有し、該凹部により該周方向に並んだ2つの突起部同士が周方向に離間するのを規制する凹型規制部材と、を備える。【選択図】図2 |
