Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of the turn-on sticking abnormality of a power-supply relay independent of the specification of a microcontroller.SOLUTION: An electronic control apparatus includes: a power feed part to be supplied with a battery voltage as a power source voltage; a microcontroller; monitoring-means for outputting a reset signal to the microcontroller if the microcontroller is determined to be abnormal; and drive means for driving, in accordance with an instruction from the microcontroller, a power source relay that is disposed to supply the power feed part with the power source voltage. Further, in the apparatus, the microcontroller is started as the power feed part is supplied with the power source voltage when an ignition switch (noted as IGSW hereinafter) is turned on so that the microcontroller causes the drive means to continuously turn on the power source relay even after the IGSW is detected to be turned off and issues an instruction to the drive means to turn off the power source relay when execution of planned processing is complete. Further, after issuing the turn-off instruction, the microcontroller shifts to the state of being determined to be abnormal by the monitoring-means. The microcontroller includes: means for counting the number of times of starting in the turn-off state of the IGSW (S130, S210); and means for determining whether a turn-on sticking abnormality of the power source relay is present on the basis of the number of times of starting in the aforementioned state (S220). 【課題】電源リレーのオン固着異常をマイコンの仕様に拘わらず検出可能にする。【解決手段】バッテリ電圧が電源電圧として供給される給電部と、マイコンと、マイコンが異常と判断するとマイコンにリセット信号を出力する監視手段と、給電部に電源電圧を供給する電源リレーを、マイコンからの指示に応じて駆動する駆動手段とを備え、イグニッションスイッチ(以下、IGSW)がオンされると給電部に電源電圧が供給されてマイコンが起動し、マイコンは、IGSWのオフの検知後も駆動手段に電源リレーをオンさせ続けて動作し、実施予定の処理を終了すると駆動手段に電源リレーのオフ指示を行う、電子制御装置にて、マイコンはオフ指示を行った後は監視手段に異常と判断される状態となる。マイコンは、IGSWのオフ状態での起動回数を計数する手段(S130,S210)と、その起動回数に基づき上記オン固着異常の有無を判定する手段(S220)とを備える。【選択図】図2
