Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for recovering suspension of a cell or a cell structure, or a culture medium in a cell culture vessel by simple processing without increasing possibility of contamination.SOLUTION: A cell culture vessel comprises: a cell culture support which includes a bottom part, a side wall part erected on a peripheral edge on a top face of the bottom part, and a housing part defined by the bottom part and the side wall part, and has a base material, and a temperature-responsive polymer layer which is arranged on the top face of the base material and has a lower limit critical melting temperature of Tinside the housing part; and a temperature-responsive volume-changing member arranged below the cell culture support, in which the volume of the temperature-responsive volume-changing member expands at temperature less than T, the temperature-responsive volume-changing member is arranged such that a surface of the cell culture support becomes approximately parallel with a surface of the bottom part at the temperature Tor higher, and the gravity center of the temperature-responsive volume-changing member projected on the surface of the bottom part is arranged at a position different from the gravity center of the bottom part projected on the surface of the bottom part. 【課題】コンタミネーションの可能性を高めることなく、単純な処理で細胞培養容器中の細胞若しくは細胞構造体の懸濁液、又は培地を回収する手段を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、底部と、該底部の上面においてその周縁に立設された側壁部と、該底部及び側壁部によって画定される収容部とを備え、該収容部の内部に、基材と、該基材の上面に配置された下限臨界溶解温度がTc1である温度応答性高分子層とを有する細胞培養支持体と、該細胞培養支持体の下方に配置された温度応答性体積変化部材と、を備える細胞培養容器であって、前記温度応答性体積変化部材は、Tc2未満の温度で体積膨張するものであり、前記温度応答性体積変化部材は、温度Tc2以上において前記細胞培養支持体の表面が前記底部の表面と略平行となるように配置されており、前記底部の表面に投影された前記温度応答性体積変化部材の重心位置は、前記底部の表面に投影された該底部の重心位置と異なる位置に配置されている、前記細胞培養容器に関する。【選択図】図1
