Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable connection part capable of appropriately maintaining binding of a cable core by a reinforcement insulator layer.SOLUTION: A binding layer 4 is formed by winding a self-bonding tape material at a position in contact with both ends of a reinforcement insulator layer 3 covering a periphery of a conductor connection part (a conductor connection layer 1 and a connection part semiconductor layer 2) connecting central conductors 11 of two power cables 10 with each other. A cylindrical structure 5 fitted on an outer peripheral surface of the bonding layer 4 is fastened toward an axial center of the cable core by a fastener 6. Thus, since the reinforcement insulator layer 3 is firmly bonded from both sides by a pair of bonding layers 4, the reinforcement insulator layer 3 is prevented from being deviated in an axial direction of the cable core, and the state of bonding the cable core can be appropriately maintained by the reinforcement insulator layer 3. 【課題】補強絶縁層によるケーブルコアの拘束を好適に維持することができる電力ケーブル接続部を実現する。【解決手段】2本の電力ケーブル10の中心導体11同士を接続した導体接続部(導体接続層1、接続部半導電層2)の周囲を覆う補強絶縁層3の両端部に接する位置にて、ケーブルコアに自己融着性を有するテープ材料を巻き付けてなる拘束層4を形成し、その拘束層4の外周面に取り付けた円筒構造物5を締付け具6によってケーブルコアの軸心に向けて締め付けるようにして、対を成す拘束層4によって補強絶縁層3を両側から強固に拘束することで、補強絶縁層3がケーブルコアの軸方向にずれてしまうことを防止し、その補強絶縁層3によってケーブルコアを拘束した状態を好適に維持することを可能にした。【選択図】図1
