Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insulation failure of a compressor motor.SOLUTION: An aluminum wire 62, which is an electric wire of a motor 40 of a compressor 12, is wound around a copper wire 63, which is another electric wire, so as to form spaces in a length direction. A portion around which the aluminum wire 62 is wound is brazed by a brazed material 64 containing flux. The aluminum wire 62 and the copper wire 63 are joined to each other by brazing to form an electric wire joint part 65a. Insulation paper 61 is attached to the electric wire joint part 65a. An inner surface of the insulation paper 61 contacts with a surface of the electric wire joint part 65a to which residual flux adheres.
【課題】圧縮機用電動機の絶縁不良を防止する。【解決手段】圧縮機12の電動機40の電線であるアルミニウム線62は、長さ方向に隙間を空けて他の電線である銅線63に巻き付けられる。アルミニウム線62が巻き付けられた部分は、フラックスを含有するロウ材64によってロウ付けされる。これにより、アルミニウム線62と銅線63とが互いに接合され、電線接合部65aが形成される。絶縁紙61は、電線接合部65aに装着される。絶縁紙61の内面は、フラックスの残渣が付着した電線接合部65aの表面に接触する。【選択図】図5 |
