Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter that can suppress radiation noise and a signal transmission device using the same.SOLUTION: A photoelectric converter has a power supply line 31 to which a power supply voltage is applied, an electrical signal line 32 for transmitting an electrical signal, an optical signal line 33 for transmitting an optical signal, an optical element 42 for performing signal conversion between the electrical signal and the optical signal, a signal processor 41 for performing at least one of output of an electrical signal to the optical element 42 and signal processing of an electrical signal output from the optical element 42, a ferrite bead 51 connected to a low-potential side line 312, and a three-terminal capacitor 6 connected between a high-potential side line 311 and the low-potential side line 312. The GND electrode 62 of the three-terminal capacitor 6 is connected to be nearer to the signal processor 41 side than the ferrite bead 51. 【課題】放射ノイズを抑制することができる光電気変換装置、およびこれを用いた信号伝送装置を提供する。【解決手段】電源電圧が印加される電源線31と、電気信号を伝送する電気信号線32と、光信号を伝送する光信号線33と、電気信号と光信号との間で信号変換する光学素子42と、光学素子42に電気信号の出力と光学素子42から出力される電気信号の信号処理との少なくとも一方を行う信号処理部41と、低電位側ライン312に接続されるフェライトビーズ51と、高電位側ライン311と低電位側ライン312との間に接続される三端子コンデンサ6とを備え、三端子コンデンサ6のGND電極62がフェライトビーズ51よりも信号処理部41側に接続される。【選択図】図1
