Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient transparent photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes: first and second electrodes; a layer (A) provided between the first and second electrodes and containing a polymer compound having a constituent unit represented by formula (I); and a layer (B) provided between the first electrode and the layer (A) and/or between the second electrode and the layer (A) and containing a polymer compound having a constituent unit represented by formula (II). The second electrode is a metal electrode having a film thickness of 40 nm or less.
