AIR FILLING DEVICE FOR TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filling device enabling arranging compactly a plurality of actuators for elevating and lowering a plurality of cylindrical members.SOLUTION: An air filling device 1 includes at least two cylindrical members 11-14 elevated and lowered below a top plate 2a, and a table 4 for placing a tubeless tire 100. The cylindrical members 11-14 are each overlapped in a radial direction and arranged, and a compressor 3 for supplying air into an interior space of each of the cylindrical members 11-14 is included. A side wall 111 of a tire 110 is pushed in by lower end parts of the cylindrical members 11-14, and air is filled into the tire 110 from a gap between a bead 112 and a rim 122. The cylindrical members 11-14 are elevated and lowered by a pair of actuators 21-24 arranged in point symmetry at the front and rear sides with a reference point P of the upper surface of the top plate 2a as a symmetric point, and the plurality of actuators 21-24 are arranged in front and rear two rows on the upper surface of the top plate 2a. 【課題】複数の円筒部材を昇降させるための複数のアクチュエータをコンパクトに配置することができる空気充填装置を提供する。【解決手段】空気充填装置１は、頂板２ａの下方で昇降する少なくとも二つの円筒部材１１〜１４と、チューブレスタイヤ１００が載置されるテーブル４と、を備えている。各円筒部材１１〜１４は径方向に重ねて配置され、各円筒部材１１〜１４の内部空間に空気を供給するコンプレッサ３を有している。円筒部材１１〜１４の下端部によって、タイヤ１１０のサイドウォール１１１を押し込み、ビード１１２とリム１２２との隙間からタイヤ１１０内に空気を充填する。円筒部材１１〜１４は、頂板２ａの上面の基準点Ｐを対称点として前後に点対称に配置された二つ一組のアクチュエータ２１〜２４によって昇降し、複数のアクチュエータ２１〜２４が、頂板２ａの上面に前後二列に並べられている。【選択図】図１
