Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and kit for predicting cancer prognosis which can conveniently predict various cancer prognosis with high accuracy, a cancer cell growth inhibitor which has an excellent cancer cell growth inhibition ability, a drug for cancer treatment containing the cancer cell growth inhibitor, a screening method for the drug for cancer treatment, and a method and kit for predicting the drug efficacy of an mTOR inhibitor which can conveniently predict the drug efficacy of the mTOR inhibitor with high accuracy.SOLUTION: Disclosed are a method for predicting cancer prognosis comprising a step of measuring at least any one of expression level and activity of TUFT1 in a sample derived from a patient, and a step of evaluating cancer prognosis using at least any one of the expression level and activity of TUFT1 as an indicator; and a method for predicting the drug efficacy of the mTOR inhibitor, and the like.
【課題】様々な癌の予後を確実性が高く、簡便に予測することができる癌の予後を予測するための方法及びキット、優れた癌細胞の増殖抑制能を有する癌細胞増殖抑制剤、前記癌細胞増殖抑制剤を含む癌治療薬、癌治療薬のスクリーニング方法、並びに、mTOR阻害剤の薬効を確実性が高く、簡便に予測することができるmTOR阻害剤の薬効を予測するための方法及びキットを提供すること。【解決手段】患者由来の試料中におけるTUFT1の発現量及び活性の少なくともいずれかを測定する工程と、前記TUFT1の発現量及び活性の少なくともいずれかを指標として、癌の予後を評価する工程とを含む、癌の予後を予測するための方法、mTOR阻害剤の薬効を予測するための方法などである。【選択図】なし |
