Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper that enables the damper to be relatively easily replaced or returned to an initial position, even when a residual stress remains in the damper due to an earthquake, etc.SOLUTION: A main clamping bolt 24 is combined with a press bolt 26 in order to produce a gap of a predetermined interval to a joint part 35 at least in any of both ends of a damper 9 configured from internal and external tubular bodies joined by the joint part 35 between a pier and a bridge. Thereby, even when a relative displacement is caused between a pier and a bridge due to an earthquake, etc., and a residual stress due to deformation, etc., remains in the damper 9, the damper 9 is made to produce an appropriate gap with respect to the joint part 35 by the retraction of the main clamping bolt 24 and the progress of a press bolt 26, and the residual stress of the part of the damper 9 internally having a compressive force or a stretching force is eliminated. Accordingly, the damper 9 is easily taken out from between the joint parts 35, and the damper 9 displaced by the earthquake can be replaced and recovered. 【課題】地震等によりダンパー内に残留応力が残留した場合でも、比較的容易に該ダンパーを交換したり、初期位置に戻すことを可能にするダンパーを提供する。【解決手段】橋脚と橋梁との間に接合部35によって接合される内外の筒状体から構成されるダンパー9の両端部の少なくともいずれか一方に、前記接合部35に対して所定の間隔の隙間を生じさせるべく主締付ボルト24と押しボルト26とを組合せたことにより、地震等により橋脚と橋梁との間に相対変位が生じ、ダンパー9内に変形等による残留応力が残留した場合でも、ダンパー9を接合部35に対して、主締付ボルト24の後退と押しボルト26の進行とにより適宜の隙間を生じさせて、内部に圧縮力あるいは伸長力を有するダンパー9部の残留応力を解消させることで、容易にダンパー9を接合部35間から取り出して地震により変位したダンパー9を交換して、復旧できる。【選択図】図1
