ENERGY INFORMATION PRESENTATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy information presentation system capable of presenting energy consumption data in an existing house having attributes approximate to a desired condition to users including a person who is planning to purchase a house.SOLUTION: An energy information presentation system includes: a measurement part for measuring the energy consumption of each of a plurality of existing houses 2 and 3; an attribute database 7 for preliminarily storing a plurality of types of attribute information owned by each of the houses 2 and 3; a measurement value database 8 for storing the measurement data of the energy consumption in each of the houses 2 and 3 in association with the plurality of types of attribute information; a server 1 for calculating the mean value of the energy consumption in each of the houses 2 and 3 for each type of the plurality of types of attribute information; and a display part 4a for comparing and displaying the mean value of the energy consumption of each of the houses 2 and 3 calculated by the server 1. 【課題】希望条件に近似する属性の既存の住宅におけるエネルギー消費量データを、住宅の購入予定者を含むユーザに対して提示するエネルギー情報提示システムを提供する。【解決手段】エネルギー情報提示システムが、複数の既存住宅２，３のそれぞれのエネルギー消費量を計測する計測部と、各住宅２，３が有する複数種類の属性情報が予め記憶される属性データベース７と、各住宅２，３におけるエネルギー消費量の計測データを複数種類の属性情報と関連付けて記憶させる計測値データベース８と、複数種類の属性情報の種類ごとに、各住宅２，３におけるエネルギー消費量の平均値を算出するサーバ１と、サーバ１によって算出された各住宅２，３におけるエネルギー消費量の平均値を比較して表示する表示部４ａと、を備える。【選択図】図２
