SHEET FOR ASSEMBLING CASE, PACKAGING CASE AND PACKAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to firmly seal an upper opening of a case by a top cover and to firmly fix the top cover which closes the opening of the case without use of fixing means such as an adhesive tape in a packaging case with a header.SOLUTION: A top edge of a front surface 2 of a packaging case with a header is provided with a top cover 9 to which an insertion piece 15 is continued with a curved folding line 14 interposed therebetween at a tip thereof. A top edge of a rear surface 3 is provided with an inner folding surface part 11 which is divided into an inner folding part 11a and an outer folding part 11b by a lateral folding line 8, a tip of the inner folding surface part 11 is provided with a header 18 with the lateral folding line 8 interposed therebetween at a tip thereof, and the inner folding part 11a and the outer folding part 11b are respectively provided with small pores 19, 20 in a surface of which the insertion piece 15 is inserted. Double-folded inner folding surface part 11 is covered by a top cover 9, and the insertion 15 is inserted into double small pores 19, 20, whereby an upper opening of the case is closed by the top cover 9. 【課題】ヘッダー付きの包装ケースにおいて、ケースの上部開口を上蓋で確実に密閉し、粘着テープなどの止着手段を用いずに、ケース開口を閉鎖した上蓋を閉鎖位置に強固に固定する。【解決手段】ヘッダー付きの包装ケースの前面部２の上端に、先端に湾曲折れ線１４を挟んで差込み片１５が連なる上蓋９を設け、後面部３の上端に、横折れ線８で内折れ部１１ａと外折れ部１１ｂに区画された中折れ面部１１を設け、中折れ面部１１の先端には横折れ線８を挟んでヘッダー部１８を設けるとともに、内折れ部１１ａと外折れ部１１ｂに面内に差込み片１５が差し込まれる細孔部１９，２０をそれぞれ設ける。二つ折りにした中折れ面部１１に上蓋９を被せ、差込み片１５を二重の細孔部１９，２０に差し込んでケースの上部開口を上蓋９で閉鎖する。【選択図】図２
