Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method for a metal plate material, which enables the metal plate material, hardly causing warping after rolling, to be obtained when the metal plate material is rolled by using such a one-side-driving rolling mill as a temper rolling mill.SOLUTION: A rolling method for a metal plate material is characterized in that lubrication conditions of top and under surfaces of the metal plate material are controlled on the basis of a difference between peripheral velocities of upper and lower work rolls by measuring the peripheral velocities of the upper and lower work rolls, when the metal plate material is rolled by using a rolling mill for driving one side of the upper and lower work rolls or a rolling mill for driving one side of the upper and lower support rolls.
【課題】調質圧延機のように片側駆動の圧延機を用いて金属板材を圧延するに際して、圧延後の反りが極めて少ない金属板材を得ることができる、金属板材の圧延方法を提供する。【解決手段】上下の作業ロールのいずれか片側を駆動する圧延機または上下の支持ロールのいずれか片側を駆動する圧延機を用いて金属板材を圧延するに際して、上下の作業ロールの周速を測定し、その周速の差に基づいて金属板材の上面と下面の潤滑条件を制御することを特徴とする金属板材の圧延方法。【選択図】図1 |
