INSPECTION METHOD FOR OBJECT TO BE AUTHENTICATED, INSPECTION PROGRAM FOR OBJECT TO BE AUTHENTICATED, AND INSPECTION DEVICE FOR OBJECT TO BE AUTHENTICATED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation method of an object to be authenticated, the inspection program of the object to be authenticated, and the inspection device of the object to be authenticated for easily determining the deterioration of the object to be authenticated by PUF(Physical Unclonable Function) authentication.SOLUTION: The inspection method of an object to be authenticated includes: a first transmission process of transmitting first input information to an object to be authenticated; a first reception process of receiving first response information calculated in the object to be authenticated on the basis of the physical characteristics of the object to be authenticated and the first input information; a second transmission process of transmitting second input information to the object to be authenticated; a second reception process of receiving second response information calculated in the object to be authenticated on the basis of the physical characteristics of the object to be authenticated and the second input information; a calculation process of calculating difference information from a difference between the first response information and the second response information; and a determination process of determining the deterioration of the object to be authenticated on the basis of the difference information. 【課題】ＰＵＦ認証による被認証物の劣化を簡易に判定する被認証物の検査方法、被認証物の検査プログラム、及び被認証物の検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】被認証物の検査方法は、第１の入力情報を被認証物に送信する第１の送信工程と、被認証物の物理的性質と第１の入力情報とを基に被認証物において演算された第１の応答情報を受信する第１の受信工程と、第２の入力情報を被認証物に送信する第２の送信工程と、被認証物の物理的性質と第２の入力情報とを基に被認証物において演算された第２の応答情報を受信する第２の受信工程と、第１の応答情報と第２の応答情報の差分から差分情報を算出する算出工程と、差分情報を基に被認証物の劣化を判定する判定工程と、を含む。【選択図】図２
