Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyroelectric type infrared sensor capable of reducing occurrence of false detection and non-detection.SOLUTION: A pyroelectric type infrared sensor includes: a pyroelectric sensor 5; a temperature sensor 7 configured to measure a temperature within the detection range of the pyroelectric sensor 5; a temperature irregularity detection unit configured to detect temperature irregularity of the detection range from a temperature detection signal by the temperature sensor 7; and a sensitivity adjustment unit configured to decrease sensitivity of detection of the temperature sensor 7 when temperature irregularity detected by the temperature irregularity detection unit is large. The temperature sensor 7 measures the temperature of the detection range and the surface temperature of the temperature sensor 7. The temperature irregularity detection unit includes a calculation unit configured to calculate a difference between the temperature of the detection range and the surface temperature of the temperature sensor 7.
【課題】誤検出および非検出の発生を軽減することができる焦電型赤外線センサを得る。【解決手段】焦電センサ5と、焦電センサ5の検出範囲の温度を測定する温度センサ7と、温度センサ7による温度検出信号から検出範囲の温度むらを検出する温度むら検出部と、温度むら検出部で検出される温度むらが大きい場合は焦電センサ7の検出感度を下げる感度調整部と、を備えている。温度センサ7は、上記検出範囲の温度と温度センサ7の表面温度を測定する。温度むら検出部は、上記検出範囲の温度と温度センサ7の表面温度との差を演算する演算部からなる。【選択図】図1 |
