LUG FOLDING DEVICE AND PACKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bend a lug part of a package by a simple structure, without having influence on the temperature of a top sealer.SOLUTION: In a lug folding device 18, a pair of top sealers 15a and 15b forms a pillow package ZA1 having lug parts ER1 and ER2 in front and rear parts thereof and containing an article XA1 therein, by thermally sealing and cutting in the width direction of a film YA1 at positions in front and in rear of the article XA1, the film YA1 being made into a bag in such a way that both side edges thereof are joined while being carried, and the article being successively supplied from the upstream side to the inside space of the film YA1. Nozzles 20a and 21a for bending the lug parts ER1, ER2 by spraying air on the lug parts ER1 and ER2 are arranged on the downstream side of the pair of top sealers 15a and 15b and away from the top sealers 15a and 15b so as to reduce influence exerted on the top sealers 15a and 15b by the air. 【課題】トップシーラの温度に影響を与えずに、簡単な構造でもって、包装体の耳部を折り曲げる。【解決手段】耳折り装置１８は、搬送される過程で両側縁部を合わせる様に製袋されるとともに、その内部空間に上流から物品が順次供給されたフィルムＹＡ１に対し物品ＸＡ１の前後の位置を、幅方向に熱シールと切断とを行うことで、物品ＸＡ１を内包し前後に耳部ＥＲ１，ＥＲ２を有するピロー包装体ＺＡ１を成形する一対のトップシーラ１５ａ，１５ｂの下流側に、耳部ＥＲ１，ＥＲ２にエアを吹き付けて折曲げを行うノズル２０ａ，２１ａを、エアがトップシーラ１５ａ，１５ｂに与える影響を減じるようにトップシーラ１５ａ，１５ｂから遠ざけて配置している。【選択図】図１
