REMOVAL DEVICE FOR FOREIGN MATERIAL OF MAGNETIC SUBSTANCE AND FALLING PREVENTION MECHANISM FOR PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet unit by which work efficiency of cleaning and checking of a magnet rod can be improved.SOLUTION: A falling prevention mechanism for a plate with a magnet rod comprises a magnet unit 1 which can draw a plate 3 with a magnet rod from a storage part 5. In the magnet unit 1, a guide bar 31 longer than a magnet rod 4 is extended in parallel to the magnet rod 4 in the plate 3 with the magnet rod, a recess 35 is provided on a face of a side peripheral wall surface 33 of the guide bar 31 which is positioned on a vertical direction lower side when the plate is drawn, cleaned and checked, a guide plate 15 is provided in the storage part 5, the guide plate 15 is provided with an open hole 17 at a position where the guide bar 31 can be taken in and out, and the recess 35 of guide bar 31 is engaged with the open hole 17 when the plate 3 with the magnet rod is drawn from the storage part 5, whereby integration of the plate 3 and the storage part 5 can be maintained. 【課題】 マグネット棒の清掃点検の作業効率を向上したマグネットユニットを提供する。【解決手段】 収容部５からマグネット棒付き板材３が引き出せるマグネットユニット１において、マグネット棒付き板材３にはマグネット棒４より長いガイド棒３１がマグネット棒４と平行に張りだしており、ガイド棒３１の側周壁面３３において、板材を引き出して清掃点検を行う際に鉛直方向下側にくる面には凹部３５が設けられており、収容部５にはガイド板１５が設けられており、ガイド板１５にはガイド棒３１を出し入れ可能な位置に貫通孔１７が設けられており、マグネット棒付き板材３を収容部５から引きだした際、ガイド棒３１の凹部３５が貫通孔１７に引っ掛かり、板材３と収容部５との一体性が保たれる、マグネット棒付き板材の脱落防止機構である。【選択図】 図３
