PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device and a medical image display system capable of easily confirming a part at which an abnormality on a combined image is observed by using an anatomic position.SOLUTION: A medical image display device according to an embodiment displays at least one medical image acquired from a subject. The medical image display device includes an image storage part for storing at least one function image representing function information of tissue in the subject, and at least one form image representing form information of the subject, an abnormal part specification part for specifying a target area on the basis of the function image, an anatomic position detection part for analyzing the form image to acquire the position of a characteristic structure of a human body and acquiring part information corresponding to the position of the target area of the function image, and a display part for displaying the part information. 【課題】解剖学的位置を用いて、融合画像上の異常が観察される部位を容易に確認できる、医用画像表示装置および医用画像表示システムを提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る医用画像表示装置は、被検体から取得した少なくとも１つの医用画像を表示する医用画像表示装置において、前記被検体内の組織の機能情報を表した少なくとも１つの機能画像と、前記被検体の形態情報を表した少なくとも１つの形態画像を記憶する画像記憶部と、前記機能画像に基づいて、注目領域を特定する異常部位特定部と、前記形態画像を解析して人体の特徴的な構造の位置を求めるものであり、前記機能画像の前記注目領域の位置に対応する部位情報を求める解剖学的位置検出部と、前記部位情報を表示する表示部と、を備える。【選択図】 図２
