NEW FUEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING NEW FUEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fuel, the amount of which is increased by integrally coalescing water and a fuel oil, and which provides improved combustibility to decrease discharge amounts of COand a particulate substance and an improved fuel economy by improving combustion efficiency by perfect combustion, and to provide a method for producing the new fuel.SOLUTION: Provided is a new fuel generated from water and a fuel oil. The fuel which does not contain water is obtained by: atomizing water; further, irradiating the water with high-frequency and low-frequency waves to make molecular bonds of water unstable; adding an enzyme to this water in an unstable state; reacting this water, to which the enzyme is added, and an atomized fuel oil; fragmenting a molecular state of the water to generate OH radicals; and fragmenting carbon chains in the fuel oil by the OH radicals. 【課題】水と燃料油とを同化融合させて燃料量を増加し、燃焼性を良好にしてＣＯ２や粒子状物質の排出量を低減し、完全燃焼により燃焼効率を向上させて燃費の向上を図った新燃料及び新燃料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】水を微粒子化し、更に水に高周波及び低周波を照射し水の分子結合を不安定な状態にし、この不安定な状態の水に酵素を加え、この酵素を加えた水と微粒子化した燃料油とを反応させ、水の分子状態を分断し、ＯＨラジカルを生成し、このＯＨラジカルにより燃料油中の炭素の鎖を分断し、水成分を含まない燃料とした水と燃料油から生成した新燃料。【選択図】図１
