Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the treatment of carbonaceous material that optimizes heating conditions, while producing a high yield of a pyrolysis oil.SOLUTION: A method of treating a carbonaceous material in a fluidized bed reactor is disclosed. The method includes inputting a carbonaceous material into a fluidized bed reactor; fluidizing the carbonaceous material with a fluidizing medium to form a fluidized bed of carbonaceous material in the fluidized bed reactor; and heating the fluidized bed of carbonaceous material in the fluidized bed reactor with microwave energy at a pressure less than about 5 atmospheres and in the absence of oxygen, to generate a mixture comprising char, oil and gas. 【課題】熱分解オイルを高い収量で生成しながら炭素質材料の処理で加熱条件を最適化した方法を提供すること。【解決手段】流動床リアクター内で炭素質材料を処理する方法を開示する。本方法は、炭素質材料を流動床リアクター内に投入する工程と、流動床リアクター内に炭素質材料の流動床を形成するために炭素質材料を流動媒体で流動化する工程と、チャー、オイル及びガスからなる混合物を生成するために約5気圧未満の圧力でかつ酸素が無い状態で流動床リアクター内の炭素質材料の流動床をマイクロ波エネルギーで加熱する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
