PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise countermeasure component capable of being mounted on the mounting object surface by having more various directions.SOLUTION: A noise countermeasure component 1 includes: a magnetic substance core 3 which is constituted in an annular shape or a cylindrical shape by combing a plurality of magnetic substance pieces 3A, 3B; and a case 5 in which the magnetic substance core 3 is housed. The case 5 includes: a holding part 10 capable of holding a plurality of magnetic substance pieces 3A, 3B while being combined in an annular shape or a cylindrical shape; a first fixing part 11 having a through-hole 11B piercing penetrating therethrough in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the magnetic substance core 3 held by the holding part 10; and a second fixing part 12 having a through-hole 12B penetrating therethrough in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the magnetic substance core 3 held by the holding part 10. 【課題】取り付け対象面に対し、より多様な向きにして取り付けることが可能なノイズ対策部品を提供すること。【解決手段】ノイズ対策部品１は、複数の磁性体片３Ａ，３Ａを組み合わせて環状又は筒状に構成される磁性体コア３と、磁性体コア３が収容されるケース５とを備える。ケース５は、複数の磁性体片３Ａ，３Ａを環状又は筒状に組み合わせた状態で保持可能な保持部１０と、保持部１０によって保持される磁性体コア３の軸方向に対して直交する方向へ貫通する貫通孔１１Ｂを有する第一固定部１１と、保持部１０によって保持される磁性体コア３の軸方向に対して平行な方向へ貫通する貫通孔１２Ｂを有する第二固定部１２とを有する。【選択図】図１
