Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility monitoring system capable of easily analyzing the state of a facility and operational problem by using a new index relevant to a singular point.SOLUTION: The facility monitoring system includes: a data acquisition section 11 that acquires a sensor data representing a state of a facility from a building monitoring server 2; a data analysis section 12 that analyzes the sensor data to extract singular points in a monitoring period to generate a piece of singular point information which includes a continuation period which represents a period when singular points are continuously extracted and a singular degree which represents the extent of singularity of a singular point in the continuation period; and a display processing section 13 that displays a maximum singular degree in a display unit time such as a month, a singular point continuation integrated time and a singular point detection frequency based on the singular point information as index data. 【課題】特異点に関連する新たな指標を用いて設備の状態や運用の問題を簡便に分析可能とする。【解決手段】ビル監視サーバ2から設備の状態を示すセンサデータを取得するデータ取得部11と、センサデータを分析することで監視対象期間内における特異点を抽出し、特異点が継続して抽出された期間を示す継続期間と、当該継続期間における特異点の特異な度合いを示す特異度と、を含む特異点情報を生成するデータ分析部12と、特異点情報に基づき月等の表示単位時間における最大特異度、特異点継続累計時間及び特異点検出回数を指標データとして表示する表示処理部13と、を有する。【選択図】図1
