The blade 41 includes a first opening edge 414 which is arranged at one end in the rotation axis direction of the developer carrier and forms a first opening A1 and a second opening edge 415 which is arranged at the other end opposite to one end in the rotation axis direction of the developer carrier and forms a second opening A2. The support member 42 includes a first projection 421 which enters into the first opening A1 and a second projection 422 which enters into the second opening A2.
