Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight compact spiral scanning mechanism which enables spherical spiral scanning, and a three-dimensional positioning device which uses the mechanism and has no restriction on view angle without requiring image processing.SOLUTION: A spiral scanning mechanism includes: a hollow worm gear which does not rotate autonomously; a worm wheel to be engaged with the worm gear; a rotation transmission mechanism which rotates an object around an axis parallel to a rotation shaft of the worm wheel and vertical to a rotation axis of the worm gear; a gear box for supporting them so as to be rotated around each of the axes; and a single power device which rotates the gear box in a panning direction. The power device rotates a reflection/refraction device mounted on the gear box integrally in the panning direction. The worm wheel engaged with the worm gear, and the reflection/refraction device are rotated in a tilt direction in this order. When emitted/converged light passing through the hollow worm gear is reflected/refracted by the reflection/refraction device, trajectory thereof draws a spherical spiral shape. 【課題】軽量・小型で球体状に螺旋を描いて走査できる螺旋状走査機構、及びこの機構を用いた画像処理が不要で視野角が制限されない三次元測位装置を提供する。【解決手段】螺旋状走査機構は、自らは回転しない中空のウォームギアと、これに噛み合うウォームホイールと、この回転軸と平行で、かつウォームギアの回転軸に対して垂直な軸回りに対象物を回転させる回転伝達機構と、これらを各々の軸回りに回転自在になるように支持するギアボックスと、ギアボックスをパン方向に回転させる単一の動力装置とを有する。動力装置の駆動によりギアボックス等に取り付けられた反射・屈折装置が一体的にパン方向に回転し、これに伴いウォームギアに噛み合うウォームホイール、反射・屈折装置等の順にチルト方向に回転することにより、中空のウォームギアを通過する放射・収集光が反射・屈折装置により反射・屈折されたとき、その軌跡が球体状に螺旋を描く。【選択図】図1
