Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform variable air amount control of a cooling tower fan and variable flow rate control of a cooling water pump by using a cooling water inlet temperature lower limit value of a refrigerator manufacturer and cooling water T.SOLUTION: A refrigerator and a cooling tower are connected by high temperature side cooling water piping and low temperature side cooling water piping. A cooling tower fan is provided at the cooling tower, and a cooling water pump is provided at the low temperature side piping. A first thermometer is provided on an outlet side of the cooling tower, a second thermometer is provided at the low temperature side piping between the first thermometer and the cooling water pump, and a third thermometer is provided at the high temperature side piping. A refrigerator system includes: a variable air amount control device in which a cooling water inlet temperature lower limit value of a refrigerator is preset as a cooling tower outlet water temperature setting value, which calculates based on deviation between the measurement value of the cooling tower outlet water temperature of the first thermometer and the cooling tower outlet water temperature setting value, and which controls an air amount of the cooling tower fan so that the cooling tower outlet water temperature becomes the cooling tower outlet water temperature setting value; and a variable flow rate control device which controls a flow rate of the cooling water pump comprising a cooling water outlet setting temperature operator of the refrigerator and a cooling water outlet temperature controller of the refrigerator.
【課題】冷凍機メーカの冷却水入口温度下限値と冷却水 Tとを用いて、冷却塔ファンの変風量制御及び冷却水ポンプの変流量制御を行う。【解決手段】冷凍機と冷却塔とを高温側冷却水配管及び低温側冷却水配管で接続し、冷却塔に冷却塔ファンを設け、低温側配管に冷却水ポンプを設け、冷却塔の出口側に第一温度計を設け、第一温度計と冷却水ポンプとの間の低温側配管に第二温度計を設け、高温側配管に第三温度計を設け、冷凍機の冷却水入口温度下限値を冷却塔出口水温設定値として予め設定され、第一温度計の冷却塔出口水温の計測値と冷却塔出口水温設定値との偏差に基づいて演算し、冷却塔出口水温が冷却塔出口水温設定値になるように冷却塔ファンの風量を制御する変風量制御装置と、冷凍機の冷却水出口設定温度演算器と、冷凍機の冷却水出口温度調節器とからなる冷却水ポンプの流量を制御する変流量制御装置とを備える。【選択図】 図1 |
