Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique where pressure rise in a rectification column body is suppressed and the breakage of equipment (rectification column) can be prevented even when cooling with a cooling medium being usually performed is not normally performed in a step of rectifying a compound to be rectified.SOLUTION: In an operation method of a rectification apparatus comprising a rectification column where a compound to be rectified flows inside, a heater heating and vaporizing the compound to be rectified in the rectification column and a condenser condensing the compound to be rectified vaporized by heating with the heater, the condenser is equipped with a first cooling medium transfer device whose power source is electricity and a second cooling medium transfer device whose power source is except electricity, and the second cooling medium transfer device is operated after the operation of the first cooling medium transfer device is stopped.
