Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress mixture of air into an area particularly near a filter that captures a cell and remove foreign matter in liquid, and make it possible to perform processing regarding cell capture with good repeatability.SOLUTION: By providing a pretreatment part 20A on a process liquid flow path included in a cell-capturing apparatus 100, even in the case where air bubbles are included in process liquid, air bubbles stay in an introduction region 24 inside the pretreatment part 20A, so that air bubbles are removed while the liquid moves through the introduction region 24 and a discharge region 26. Further, by providing a filter 23 for removing foreign matter, at least a part of foreign matter included in the process liquid (the foreign matter that cannot pass through through-holes 21) can be captured, so that the process liquid from which the foreign matter was removed can be supplied to a cell-capturing device 1 in a subsequent stage. Therefore, supply of liquid in which air bubbles are mixed toward the vicinity of a filter 57 of the cell-capturing device 1 arranged in a subsequent stage of the pretreatment part 20A is suppressed, and it becomes possible to perform processing regarding cell capture with good repeatability. 【課題】特に細胞を捕捉するフィルタ付近への空気の混入を抑制すると共に液中の異物を除去し、細胞の捕捉に係る処理を再現性よく行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】細胞捕捉装置100に含まれる処理液流路上に前処理部20Aが設けられることで、処理液内に気泡が含まれている場合であっても、前処理部20A内の導入領域24に気泡が滞留するため、導入領域24及び排出領域26を移動する間に気泡が除去される。また、異物除去用フィルタ23が設けられていることで、処理液に含まれる異物の少なくとも一部(貫通孔21を通過できない異物)を捕捉することができるため、異物が除去された処理液を後段の細胞捕捉デバイス1に対して供給することができる。したがって、前処理部20Aよりも後段に配置される細胞捕捉デバイス1のフィルタ57近傍へ向けて気泡が混在した液体の供給を抑制し、細胞の捕捉に係る処理を再現性よく行うことが可能となる。【選択図】図4
