COMMUNICATION SYSTEM HAVING OUTAGE TIME POWER SUPPLY CONTROL FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that has an outage time power supply control function capable of reliably continuing power supply to a communication path with high priority, such as an important emergency telephone set, from surplus power sources distributed in a communication system even when it takes time for power recovery.SOLUTION: When a communication control device detects outage in an area where it is installed, it refers to information on a power supply destination and a power reception source at a time of outage, transmits a command to request for power supply to the communication control device to any of connected relay devices, and supplies power stored in power storage means included in the communication control device or power received from the relay device to which the command was transmitted to a prescribed power supply destination. 【課題】 停電復旧に時間がかかった場合でも、通信システム内に分散した余剰電力源から重要な緊急用電話機等の優先度の高い通信経路の電力供給を確実に継続することが可能な停電時給電制御機能を有する通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】 通信制御装置が設置されているエリアの停電を検知した場合に、停電時における給電先および受電元に係る情報を参照し、接続された中継装置のいずれかへ自通信制御装置への給電を要求するコマンドを送信し、自通信制御装置が有する蓄電手段に蓄積されている電力または前記コマンドを送信した先の中継装置から受電した電力を、所定の給電先へ給電することを特徴とする【選択図】 図１
