AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL WAREHOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system of a three-dimensional warehouse for use in storing items such as medical goods requiring cooled storage within a predetermined temperature range in which hollow members are applied as supporting columns for multi-stage multi-rows of racks installed within the warehouse, used as cool air supplying ducts that can be made by a simple structure in a less-expensive manner so as to enable cool air to be distributed uniformly and equally against the stored items.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an air conditioning system for a three-dimensional warehouse for items such as medical goods requiring cooled air storage within a predetermined temperature range. Columns of multi-stages multi-rows of racks installed in the warehouse are used as air conditioning ducts and at the same time the rack columns are provided with several air blowing ports. Nozzles are installed at the several air blowing ports in such a way that their inserting lengths can be adjusted and conditioned air can be supplied through the nozzles from locations near the stored items at the racks of multi-stages multi-rows. 【課題】本発明は、所定の温度範囲内での冷蔵保管が要求される医薬品等の物品の立体倉庫における空調システムとして、倉庫内に設置される多段多連ラックの支柱に中空材を用いて冷風供給用ダクトに兼用するなど簡易な構造で安価に製造でき、かつ保管した物品に満遍なく均等に冷気を行き渡らせられる空調システムの提供を課題としている。【解決手段】所定の温度範囲内での冷蔵保管が要求される医薬品等の物品の立体倉庫における空調システムにおいて、倉庫内に設置された多段多連のラックの柱を管材で構成し、該ラック柱を空調ダクトとして使用するとともに、前記ラック柱に複数の空気吹出口を設け、該複数の空気吹出口にノズルを差込長さが調整可能に装着されてなり、該ノズルから多段多連ラックに収容された保管物品に近傍から空調空気を供給可能にしてなることを特徴とする立体倉庫の空調システムによる。【選択図】図１
