PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized retaining wall block having sufficient strength while being a large size, restraining cost of a manufacturing form, and capable of reducing a storage space.SOLUTION: A large-sized retaining wall block on the present invention comprises a rectangular front wall having a decorative surface on a front face, a rectangular rear wall oppositely arranged to the front wall and a connection part provided between the front wall and the rear wall and mutually connecting the front wall and the rear wall, and the front wall, the rear wall and the connection part are provided with a joining part threadably attachable by a bolt, and the connection part is composed of plate-like two connection materials, and the connection materials are installed on both left-right sides of the front wall and the rear wall with the plane direction of the connection materials as the vertical direction, and front-rear end surfaces of the connection materials are constituted so as to be connected by abutting on the front wall and the rear wall by the joining part, and a part except for the joining part is formed of concrete. 【課題】大型でありながら充分な強度を有し、製造用の型枠のコストが抑えられ、保管スペースを減らすことができる大型擁壁ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る大型擁壁ブロックは、前面に化粧面を有する矩形状の前壁と、該前壁と対向配置される矩形状の後壁と、前記前壁と前記後壁との間に設けられ前記前壁と前記後壁とを互いに連結する連結部と、を備え、前記前壁、前記後壁、及び前記連結部にはボルトによって螺着可能な結合部を有し、前記連結部は板状の２つの連結材からなり、前記連結材は前記前壁と前記後壁の左右両側に前記連結材の平面方向を垂直方向として架設されると共に、前記結合部によって前記連結材の前後の端面が前記前壁と前記後壁に当接して連結するように構成され、前記結合部以外はコンクリートで形成されてなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
