Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced polypropylene resin foam molded body for obtaining an injection foam body having weight saving by forming, high in shock resistance in normal temperature and low temperature atmosphere, small in reduction of rigidity at high temperature compared to rigidity at normal temperature, small in change of maximum flexural power with maintaining a sheet thickness because efficient forming ratio is achievable and less in appearance deterioration.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced polypropylene resin foam molded body including a melting process for adding a chemical foaming agent (i) to a specific fiber reinforced polypropylene resin for foam molding and melting them (A), a specific injection process (B) and a specific foaming process (C). 【課題】 発泡により軽量化され、常温及び低温雰囲気の耐衝撃性が高く、且つ常温時の剛性に比べて高温時の剛性低下が少なく、十分な発泡倍率を達成可能であるので板厚が維持され最大曲げ力の変化も少なく、外観悪化も少ない射出発泡体を得るための、繊維強化ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡成形体の製造方法を提供する【解決手段】 特定の発泡成形用繊維強化ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物に、化学発泡剤(ウ)を添加し溶融する溶融工程(A)と、特定の射出工程(B)と、特定の発泡工程(C)とを有する繊維強化ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡成形体の製造方法。【選択図】なし
