Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite structure which is constituted so that a metallic plate is held between resin structures different from each other in the thermal expansion coefficient and in which a strain, a crack or an unwelded portion is prevented, by a simpler method, from being generated in the resin structure when the metallic plate is welded to the resin structure.SOLUTION: A production method of the composite structure comprises a step of sticking the metallic plates 21, 22 respectively to the front surface and back surface of the resin structure 3 by a thermal welding method. In the concrete, the production method thereof comprises the steps of: arranging a first groove 81 and a second groove 82, which are extended toward the directions different from each other, on one joint surface of the resin structure 3; abutting the metallic plates 21, 22 respectively on the front surface and back surface of the resin structure; and heating the abutted positions so that the resin structure 3 is welded thermally to each of the metallic plates 21, 22.
【課題】互いに熱膨張係数の異なる樹脂構造体に金属板を挟持させた複合構造体において、融着時に樹脂構造体に歪みやクラック、不融着部分が生じるのをより簡便な方法で防止する。【解決手段】樹脂構造体3の表裏に金属板21、22を熱融着により貼り合わせる複合構造体の製造方法であって、いずれかの接合面上に互いに異なる方向に向けて延長された第1の溝81及び第2の溝82が設けられている樹脂構造体3に、金属板21、22を表裏から当接させ、これらを加熱することにより樹脂構造体3を上記各金属板21、22に熱融着させる。【選択図】図1 |
