Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing a single spindle grinder which has a high productivity and is so designed as to process a bevel gear having a high quality.SOLUTION: A method for grinding a bevel gear 1 according to the present invention in which a first grinding tool 2 is used during a portion of a first method, and a second grinding tool is used during a portion of a second method. A measurement system 30 is used in order to perform a measurement procedure by which a sampling value concerning at least a part of a first tooth surface of the bevel gear 1 can be decided, and the system can disclose an error of a concentricity of the bevel gear 1 work-piece in a current chuck. A concentricity correction dimension is decided based on a sampling value by a computer, and a processing action in the portion of the second method is adjusted on the basis of the concentricity correction dimension.
