PROCESSING APPLICATION ROBOT SYSTEM HAVING PROCESSING CONDITION MANAGEMENT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing application robot system which, while allowing the adjustment of a processing condition even when operation limitation for the setting and the like of the processing condition is effective, can ensure management of the processing condition as well as safety in the aspect of operation.SOLUTION: A robot system 10 comprises: a robot 14 for performing predetermined processing work; a robot control unit 16 for controlling the operation of the robot 14; a processing control unit 18 for controlling the processing in the processing work performed by the robot 14; an interface unit 20 for setting, changing, or adjusting a processing condition which determines a content of the processing commanded to the processing control unit 18 by the operation or the like of an operator 24; and a processing condition change management unit 22 for performing operation limitation to the setting, changing, or adjusting of the processing condition. A setting content of the processing condition which is set when the operation limitation is ineffective is a reference condition. When the operation limitation is effective, the processing condition can be adjusted within an adjustable range with the reference condition as a reference. 【課題】加工条件の設定等に対する操作制限が有効の場合でも加工条件の調整を許可する一方で、加工条件の管理や運用面でも安全性も確保できる、加工アプリケーションロボットシステムの提供。【解決手段】ロボットシステム１０は、所定の加工作業を行うロボット１４と、ロボット１４の動作を制御するロボット制御部１６と、ロボット１４が行う加工作業における加工処理を制御する加工制御部１８と、作業者２４の操作等によって加工制御装置１８に指令される該加工処理の内容を決定する加工条件を設定、変更又は調整するためのインターフェース部２０と、加工条件の設定、変更又は調整に対する操作制限を行う加工条件変更管理部２２とを備える。操作制限が無効のときに設定される加工条件の設定内容を基準条件とし、操作制限が有効のときは基準条件を基準とする調整可能範囲内で加工条件を調整できる。【選択図】図１
