Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal working tool and a metal working method, enabling a composite material to be easily produced.SOLUTION: The metal working tool comprises: a tool body having a guide path along which metal powder is guided; and a contact part that has a contact face having an opening part provided at the leading end of the guide path, and is disposed in contact with a boundary part between a first and second metals to be worked. While the boundary part is frictionally stirred by pressing the tool body and the contact part against the first and second metals and rotating the tool body and the contact part, the metal powder is supplied to the surface or inside of the boundary part from the opening part of the contact part, thereby welding the first and second metals.
【課題】容易に複合材料を製造できる金属加工ツール、及び、金属加工方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属加工ツールは、金属粉末を案内する案内路を有するツール本体と、前記案内路の先端に設けられる開口部が形成される接触面を有し、加工対象である第1金属と第2金属の境界部に接触する接触部とを含み、前記ツール本体及び前記接触部を前記第1金属及び前記第2金属に対して押圧するとともに回転させて前記境界部を摩擦撹拌しながら、前記接触部の前記開口部から前記金属粉末を前記境界部の表面又は内部に供給することにより、前記第1金属と前記第2金属を接合する。【選択図】図1 |
