Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IABP driving device that includes a monitor unit suitable for switching an installation state for use.SOLUTION: A monitor unit (50) of an IABP driving device includes: a monitor housing part that includes a control unit (52) which is stored in a housing and controls pressure generation means, a display unit (54) which is arranged on a front surface of the housing and displays information about inflation and deflation timing of the balloon through the control by the control unit, and a monitor connection part (58) which is arranged on a back surface of the housing and is connected to a monitor installation part; a pilot lamp (55) that is provided on an upper side surface of the housing, which is located at a top part of the monitor housing part out of the side surfaces of the housing connecting the front surface of the housing and the back surface of the housing, and that changes its lighting state according to a drive status of a balloon catheter through the control by the control unit; and an impact absorbing part (57) that is arranged in a belt-like form along the side surfaces of the housing including the upper side surface of the housing, so as to surround the monitor housing part and the pilot lamp in a circumferential direction. 【課題】 設置状態を切り替えて使用するのに適したモニタ部を有するIABP駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】IABP駆動装置のモニタ部(50)が、筐体内部に収納されており圧力発生手段を制御する制御部(52)と、筐体正面に配置されており前記制御部の制御により前記バルーンの膨張及び収縮タイミングに関する情報を表示する表示部(54)と、筐体背面に配置されており前記モニタ設置部に接続されるモニタ接続部(58)と、を有するモニタ筐体部と、前記筐体正面と前記筐体背面とを接続する筐体側面のうち、前記モニタ筐体部の上部に位置する筐体上側面に設けられ、前記制御部の制御によりバルーンカテーテルの駆動状態に応じて点灯状態が変化するパイロットランプ(55)と、前記筐体上側面を含む前記筐体側面に沿って、前記モニタ筐体部及び前記パイロットランプを周方向に取り囲むように、帯状に設けられる衝撃吸収部(57)と、を有するIABP駆動装置。【選択図】 図3
