PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve autonomous distribution-type priority control on the premise of CSMA/CA while cooperating with another radio communication device.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises a storage unit 30 for storing priority to perform mutual transfer of a communication right with another radio communication device per radio communication device. The radio communication device determines a radio communication device which is a transfer destination where the communication right is transferred according to priority at timing of acquisition of the communication right, transmits a transfer notification control signal to give notice of the transfer destination radio communication device, and when receiving a transfer notification control signal, performs data transmission using a transferred communication right. 【課題】他の無線通信装置と協調しつつ、ＣＳＭＡ／ＣＡを前提とした自律分散型の優先制御を実現する。【解決手段】他の無線通信装置との間で通信権の相互委譲を行うための優先度を無線通信装置毎に記憶する記憶部３０と、通信権を得たタイミングで、優先度に応じて通信権を委譲する委譲先となる無線通信装置を決定して委譲先となる無線通信装置を通知する委譲通知制御信号を送信し、委譲通知制御信号を受信すると、委譲された通信権を用いてデータ送信を行う無線通信装置とする。【選択図】図２
