PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable label with a tack label having excellent advertising effect and a container with the label.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable label 2 is mounted on a container 1 so as to cover at least a shoulder part 7. The outer surface of the heat-shrinkable label 2 is mounted with a non-heat-shrinkable tack label 10 so as to place at least a portion of the tack label on the shoulder part of the container 1.
