PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track pad for a railroad rail, which has excellent slidability, abrasion resistance, productivity and workability.SOLUTION: A track pad for a railroad rail with a sheet is characterized in that a resin sheet 3 containing a polyolefin polymer is provided on at least one surface (e.g. a surface brought into contact with a rail 1) of a track pad 2 made of a vibration-proof member.
