Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steam turbine component that can improve erosion resistance of a steam turbine component, and to provide a steam turbine component.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a steam turbine component that manufactures a steam turbine component constituting a steam turbine includes: a thermal spray coating forming step of forming a thermal spray coating at a surface of the steam turbine component using a thermal spray material including CrCpowder and a metallic binder comprising Ni powder and Cr powder; a coating forming step where the steam turbine component is subjected to pack cementation of either carburization or chromizing process after the thermal spray coating forming step to form a coating at a surface of the thermal spray coating.
【課題】蒸気タービン部品の耐エロージョン性を向上させることのできる蒸気タービン部品の製造方法及び蒸気タービン部品を提供する。【解決手段】蒸気タービンを構成する蒸気タービン部品を製造する蒸気タービン部品の製造方法であって、Cr3C2粉末と、Ni粉末とCr粉末からなる金属バインダとを含む溶射材料を用いて前記蒸気タービン部品の表面に溶射皮膜を形成する溶射皮膜形成工程と、溶射皮膜形成工程の後、前記蒸気タービン部品に、浸炭又はクロマイジング処理のいずれかの拡散浸透処理を行い、前記溶射皮膜の表面に皮膜を形成する皮膜形成工程とを具備する。【選択図】図1 |
