Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladle control system having little variation in the quantity of molten metal by a ladle at a casting time and effective for improvements in casting quality and productivity.SOLUTION: A ladle control system for controlling the movement of a ladle at a molten metal supply time is characterized by comprising: a step at which the ladle is inclined from an upper-furnace stand-by state and moves down through an intermediate position until it stops intermediately according to the level of the molten metal; a step of scraping the slag with the ladle; and a step of sucking the molten metal through a predetermined depth from the molten metal surface and a predetermined measuring angle. 【課題】鋳造時のラドルによる給湯量のバラツキが少なく、鋳物品質の向上、生産性向上に有効なラドル制御システムの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】溶湯給湯時におけるラドルの動きを制御するラドル制御システムであって、炉上待機状態からラドルが傾動及び中間下降し、湯面高さに合せて中間停止するステップと、ラドルにてノロカキをするステップと、湯面から所定の深さ下降及び所定の計量角を経て湯汲みするステップとを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
