Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a current ripple of a current flowing through an armature 14 in a motor 10 with a brush small.SOLUTION: In a motor 10 with a brush, since the number of conductors transits from 10 to 11, to 10, to 11, and to 10 in this order in accordance with a rotation of an armature 14, a variation on the number of conductors becomes small compared to the conventional transition of a rectifying pattern of Fig. 11. Therefore, it becomes possible to reduce a current ripple of a current flowing through a commutator 20 and the armature 14 between a battery and brushes 30a, 30b.
【課題】ブラシ付きモータ10において、アーマチュア14に流れる電流の電流リップルを小さくする。【解決手段】ブラシ付きモータ10において、アーマチュア14の回転に伴って、導体数が10本→11本→10本→11本→10本の順に遷移するので、従来の図11の整流パターンの遷移に比べて、導体数の変化が小さくなる。このため、バッテリからブラシ30a、30bの間にコンミテータ20およびアーマチュア14を通して流れる電流の電流リップルを小さくすることができる。【選択図】図3 |
