Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe device capable of improving a sampling rate at which target information can be acquired, while suppressing a frequency band for use.SOLUTION: A probe device includes a transmission and reception wave section configured to transmit a plurality of kinds of prove waves generated by combining sound waves having different characteristics in series and receive reflected waves of the prove waves, and a signal processing section configured to process reflected waves received by the transmission and reception wave section. 【課題】使用する周波数帯域を抑制しつつ、目標情報を取得できるサンプリングレートを向上させることができる探信装置等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の探信装置は、特徴が異なる音波を組み合わせて生成した複数種類の探信波を順次送信し、前記探信波に対する反射波を受信する送受波部と、前記送受波部が受信した反射波を処理する信号処理部とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
