Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer device which removes a noncondensable gas during the operation of the heat transfer device to inhibit deterioration of heat radiation performance and thereby stably cools a used nuclear fuel over a long period.SOLUTION: A heat transfer device includes: a heat receiver 11; a radiator 12; a gas phase refrigerant transfer pipeline 13 for transferring a gas phase refrigerant 5a which is turned into a gas phase in the receiver to an upper part of the radiator; and a liquid phase refrigerant transfer pipeline 14 for transferring a liquid phase refrigerant 5b which is cooled and turned into a liquid phase in the radiator from a lower part of the radiator to the heat receiver. The lower part of the radiator is connected to a lower part of a noncondensable gas storage container 15 through a first pipeline 7. 【課題】熱輸送装置の運転中において非凝縮性ガスを除去することにより放熱性能の低下を抑制することで、使用済核燃料を長期にわたって安定的に冷却する。【解決手段】受熱器11と、放熱器12と、前記受熱器で気相となった気相冷媒5aを前記放熱器の上部へ移送する気相冷媒移送配管13と、前記放熱器で冷却され液相となった液相冷媒5bを前記放熱器の下部から前記受熱器へ移送する液相冷媒移送配管14と、を備えた熱輸送装置において、前記放熱器12の下部を第1の配管7を介して非凝縮性ガス貯蔵容器15の下部に接続する。【選択図】図1
