Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a frost amount generated on the cooling fin surface of a heat exchanger, and effectively remove generated frost.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 10 with a defrosting device includes: a heat exchange body 11 that has a cooling fin 12, and a pipeline 15 attached to the cooling fin 12; and a metal mesh 25 that is provided on the outer periphery of the cooling fin 12 of the heat exchange body 11. The metal mesh 25 is obtained by etching a metal base material, and has a mesh opening 25a and a rib 25b. An average diameter d of the mesh opening 25a is 50-300 μm, and a width l of the rib is 50-500 μm.
