Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep attachment dimensions of a resin outer plate with a high degree of accuracy by mitigating linear expansion of the resin outer plate, and to achieve the prevention of a poor appearance.SOLUTION: A part with a large amount of an adhesive 2 and a part with a small amount of the adhesive are created in a gap between an auxiliary plate 1 and a rear surface of a fender panel F by arranging the auxiliary plate 1 provided with an attachment part 3 in a manner to make the gap between the auxiliary plate 1 and the rear surface of the fender panel F narrower toward a wheel arch located at the outermost side position in a vehicle width direction of the fender panel F and bonding with the adhesive 2. Linear expansion of the fender panel F is absorbed by the adhesive 2 applied especially in large quantities, and a bulge to the outside due to the linear expansion of the fender panel F is suppressed. Consequently, the linear expansion of the fender panel F is mitigated, and the attachment dimensions of the fender panel F are kept with a high degree of accuracy by a structure that is easy and inexpensive compared to the conventional structure. Further, since the auxiliary plate 1 is invisible from the outside, a poor appearance of the fender panel F that happened in the conventional structure is prevented.
【課題】樹脂製外板の線膨張を緩和し、樹脂製外板の取付け寸法を高精度に維持でき、しかも外観不良を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】フェンダパネルFの車幅方向の最外側位置であるホイルアーチに近づくに連れて補助板1とフェンダパネルFの裏面との間の隙間が狭くなるように、取付部3が設けられた補助板1を配設して接着剤2により接着することにより、補助板1とフェンダパネルFの裏面との隙間における接着剤2の量が多い箇所と少ない箇所ができ、フェンダパネルFの線膨張が特に多量に塗布された接着剤2により吸収され、フェンダパネルFの線膨張による外方への膨らみが抑制され、従来に比べて簡単かつ安価な構成により、フェンダパネルFの線膨張を緩和してフェンダパネルFの取付け寸法を高精度に維持することができる。しかも、補助板1は外部から見えず、従来のようなフェンダパネルFの外観不良を防止できる。【選択図】図2 |
