DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a decorative laminate which satisfies nonflammability approval acquirable requirements even when the thickness of a substrate is thin, and is excellent in scratch resistance, weather resistance, adhesive strength, and workability; and a decorative sheet for obtaining the decorative laminate.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has a substrate sheet 1, a transparent resin layer 4 and a surface protective layer 5 laminated in this order. (1) The substrate sheet contains a resin component and a flame retardant. (2) A content of the flame retardant is 10-100 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin component. (3) A thickness of the substrate sheet is 15-150 μm. (4) A thickness of the transparent resin layer is 15-150 μm. (5) The total of the thickness of the substrate sheet, the thickness of the transparent resin layer and the thickness of the surface protective layer is 40-200 μm. 【課題】基材厚みが薄い場合でも不燃認定取得可能要件を満たすとともに、耐傷性、耐候性、接着強度及び加工性に優れた化粧板、及び当該化粧板を得るための化粧シートを提供する。【解決手段】基材シート１、透明性樹脂層４及び表面保護層5が順に積層された化粧シートであって、（１）前記基材シートは、樹脂成分及び難燃剤を含有し、（２）前記難燃剤の含有量が、前記樹脂成分100質量部に対して10〜100質量部であり、（３）前記基材シートの厚みが15〜150μmであり、（４）前記透明性樹脂層の厚みが15〜150μmであり、（５）前記基材シートの厚み、前記透明性樹脂層の厚み及び前記表面保護層の厚みの合計が40〜200μmである、ことを特徴とする、化粧シート。【選択図】図１
